Daily Dispatch Your order will be packed/dispatched from our Northern NSW warehouse within 24hours of receipt on business days (note: we do not dispatch on weekends/public holidays). At checkout you will see the option for express shipping (quickest method) and an estimate of delivery times. There is NO same day or next business days guaranteed services from our warehouse location.
Estimated standard road freight delivery times: Tweed/Gold Coast/Brisbane 1 week, Sydney/Melbourne/Adelaide 1-2 weeks, Perth/Darwin 2-3 weeks. Regional deliveries may take longer depending on your location.

Need your order fast? For urgent orders express option is available at checkout and is the quickest delivery method (price is automatically calculated based on weight/postcode). Delivery to PO Box is fine.

Your delivery information It's important that you fill in as much information on the delivery address as required. For business deliveries, please include business name, any floor or level numbers to ensure parcel can be delivered efficiently.
Standard road freight we use either Australia Post or road courier (depending on your location and availability) and will email you the tracking number for the relevant freight company at time of dispatch. Allow approximately 7-10 business days (WA, NT and regional areas may take longer).
Delivery times indicated at checkout are estimated times only, and are not guaranteed. Please ensure you order your goods in plenty of time for your event to avoid any disappointment.
If you opt to give Australia Post or couriers safe drop/authority to leave without signature we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen/missing/damaged after the point of delivery. Please consider carefully before authorising.
